I bought this product for pet monitoring. It was well packaged, well explained and easy to set up. I was surprised at the level of fit and finish (not to mention functionality) for the price point. It compares very well to far more expensive products that I had been considering from companies like Logitech. I would hold this up as an excellent example of Chinese developed and supported products that are surpassing offerings from American and European companies in the same field. My favorite touch? A little card that had Happy on one side, Unhappy on the other. If you are happy, they ask for a positive review (here you go). If you are unhappy you are told "We apologize for the inconvenience, and we won't rest until you're smiling again. Our helpful consumer support is here for you." It then notes the support address and "All products come with warranty and lifetime support." Yeah, it's great. :)
